January 5th-29th: January Group Fitness Challenge
Kick start your New Year by joining Ignite BioFitness' many class offerings! Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 participants in January. Class types include Yoga, TRX, Pilates, K-Pop dance cardio, Kickboxing, and more. We offer a variety of classes at noon, as well as evening classes at 5pm Monday through Thursday.
Please note that class sizes are limited, so priority goes to those who sign up in advance. Please check in with the front desk to make sure your session is counted for this month's challenge!

Climbing Competition Winners
Thanks to all the teams that participated in our fourth annual climbing competition in December. After the chalk settled, here are the final standings in this year's event. Congrats to our top three teams!

PacBio Dominates in Holiday Cornament
To say PacBio has the game of cornhole down to a science is an understatement. Here are the top 3 winning teams from our holiday cornhole event in December:

Kara Wins Bronze on the World Stage
Congratulations to Kara, who competed in the United World Masters Weightlifting Championships in Daytona Beach, Florida in December and came home with a bronze medal!
Lifting against top athletes from around the country and the globe, Kara excelled in her age group and weight class with a 76 kg snatch and an 88 kg clean & jerk, finishing with a 164 kg total. A notable performance on one of the biggest stages in masters weightlifting!
A big shout-out to Sung for programming Kara’s training for the four months leading up to the event—proof that smart coaching and hard work pays off.
