The Climbing Wall Is Now Open!
Get ready to explore some fresh routes at Ignite BioFitness! The climbing wall is officially open, fully reset, and ready for climbers of all levels to discover exciting new challenges. There's never been a better time to step up to the wall.
If you haven't completed a climbing wall safety orientation, please reach out to kara@ignitebiofitness.com to set up your training before your first climb.
Register Now for Our Walktober Challenge
We're now accepting registrations for our Walktober Challenge! Here's how it works: From October 5th through October 30th (Mon-Fri only), track your steps via your Fitbit, Apple Watch, or other tracking app. We will add up the steps and see who comes out on top. The top three ranked participants will receive prizes.

September 2nd: Ken's Strength Lab
What happens when you combine movement, resistance and coordination? Ken’s Strength Lab!
Starting September 2nd, join Ken on Wednesdays at 12pm to build strength, improve coordination, and become more efficient with movement. Using a variety of movements and equipment, Ken will guide you through exercises that challenge your body while offering options to meet you exactly where you are.
September 10th: Cardio Sculpt with Tristen
Get your heart pumping and your whole body moving! Starting September 10th, Tristen will be taking over Thursday evening classes with Cardio Sculpt at 5:30pm, combining energizing cardio intervals and strength-focused movements for a workout that challenges you from head to toe. Expect a fun mix of movement, resistance, and rhythm designed to build strength, boost cardiovascular fitness, and keep you moving.
Whether you’re looking to break a sweat, add variety to your routine, or simply feel stronger and more energized, Cardio Sculpt has something for you.
