Here's What's Happening in February...

Feb 14th: UrbanKick Kickboxing Classes

February is heart health month, and what better way to get that heart pumping on Valentine's Day than by joining our flash Urban Kick kickboxing classes.

Join Arielle for two back-to-back 30-minute classes on Tuesday, February 14th starting at 4pm. She will take you through a series of punch and kick sequences to the beat.

Feb 16th: Barbell Lifting Series - Deadlifts Class

Build your strength from the ground up in our new barbell lifting series! These sessions are for members who would like an introduction to the barbell and want to learn how to do lifts properly under the watchful eye of an instructor.

This month's one-hour session will be Thursday, February 16th at 12pm, focusing on the Deadlift. Sung will give you an overview of proper deadlifting technique and provide feedback on your form.

The cost per participant is $20 and spots are limited to 8 people.

Feb 21st: New Climbing Routes Are Available

The climbing wall will be closed on Friday, February 17th for maintenance and a wall reset. Make sure to come in and check out the new routes starting Tuesday, February 21st.

SPIN CLASSES ARE BACK IN FEBRUARY

We'll be welcoming Peggy back to our group fitness schedule for the month of February! Peggy will be taking over Laam's classes this month with two 45-minute spin classes at 12pm and 5:30pm on Wednesdays.
