Buy One Body Scan, Get One Free

If you purchase a body scan ($30) by January 31st, you will receive a second one free (must be used by December 15th, 2023). This will enable you to see what changes you've made between your first and second scan. Body scans look at your fat mass, fat free mass, skeletal mass and other stats.

Jan 11th: Nutrition Lunch & Learn on Brain Health

Join us on Wednesday, January 11th at 12pm for a virtual Nutrition Lunch and Learn with Peggy. She'll be discussing ways to boost your brain's health through better nutrition.

The online presentation will be 30 minutes, followed by a 10-15 minute Q&A.

Jan 19th: Barbell Lifting Series - Squats Class

Build your strength in the New Year with our new barbell lifting series! These sessions are for members who would like an introduction to the barbell and want to learn how to do lifts properly under the watchful eye of an instructor.

Our first one-hour session will be Thursday, January 19th at 12pm, focusing on the Squat. Kara will give you an overview of proper squatting technique and provide feedback on your form.

The cost per participant is $20 and spots are limited to 8 people.

Jan 25th: Pound for Beginners

Join us on Wednesday, January 25th for an introduction to Pound. Pound is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Grab a friend and sign up today!

Team Personalis Wins December Climbing Competition

Congratulations to Team Personalis on winning our climbing competition in December! Thanks to all the teams that participated and brought some amazing competitive energy to the wall - we had a great turnout for our first-ever climbing event. We're looking forward to making it into an annual event!

The wellness room is equipped with lacrosse balls, foam rollers, and a stretch table. We have created a quiet atmosphere for those looking for a private space to focus on the mind, body, or spirit.
