Here's What's Happening in January...

gRoup Fitness Challenge

Kick off your New Year by joining Ignite's flavorful class offerings! Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 participants in January.

  • Class types include Yoga, TRX, Boot Camp, Zumba, Pilates and more.

  • We offer a variety of daily classes at noon, as well as 9 evening classes Monday through Thursday, with several 30-minute classes available.

  • Please note that class sizes are limited, so priority goes to those who sign up in advance. You may be turned away if the class exceeds the limit.

January 8th: New Class - Cardio Dance Fusion

Join Ting on Mondays at noon starting on January 8th in the spin studio for some Cardio Dance Fusion. Get your body moving to a mix of various dance rhythms that are sure to elevate your energy.

January 17th: Barbell Basics with Sung

Build your strength in the New Year with our barbell lifting series! These sessions are for members who would like an introduction to the barbell and want to learn how to do lifts properly under the watchful eye of an instructor.

The first one-hour session this year will be Wednesday, January 17th at 12pm, focusing on the back squat. Sung will give you an overview of proper squatting technique and provide feedback on your form.

There will be NO cost for this event, but it is limited to 6 participants.
